I have been practicing yoga under Gowripriya ma’am for the past year and I have had many positive changes mentally and physically..My physical flexibility has improved significantly.. Mentally, I am more calm and confident.. Gowripriya ma’am is very good at explaining things and making sure that we understand the poses and the uses of them.. She has no hesitation to show the poses again and again if required..Practicing yoga has helped me to sleep better and my posture has improved a lot too..All thanks to Gowripriya ma’am and her excellent teaching style, I can confidently say that yoga has helped me to bring joy and calm in my life..
Hi, my name is Baavika. I've been attending Sai Patanjali Yoga Class for four years and am now at the highest level. My family & I are incredibly proud of my progress, and I’ve even taught my brother various poses, and suggested certain tricks I learned in class to my friends. Yoga has significantly benefited me, including improving my eyesight (despite being diagnosed with astigmatism at age 6). As a busy high school student, I prioritize eye yoga and breathing exercises, which have significantly improved my focus and overall well-being. Gowri Aunty is also an exceptional teacher. Her patience and enthusiasm are truly inspiring. She encourages us to do our best, regardless of perfection, which has motivated me immensely.

I have found yoga very beneficial throughout my time from starting to do yoga and to now. It has changed my lifestyle and my daily routine. Before I started doing yoga, whenever I had a specific body pain, I was unsure of what to do and what would help it to get better but after I started to learn yoga in classes, I learned the benefits of each pose and I now know what to do when I have a pain. Also, I feel more active after starting yoga. Before, I was feeling lazy and tired in the mornings but in the first few months I learnt yoga, I began to do it everyday in the mornings and it helped to wake me up before going to school and I could gradually see myself being more focused in school and academics. Also, I like some of the challenges that are given in the class such as the fruit challenge which encourages the students to eat more healthy fruit and the practising and informing the teacher challenge which encourages the students more. Yoga has made me feel more positive and happier and I enjoy doing it.

Gowri is a very authentic and excellent yoga instructor. She taught me from the begginers level. It's easy to understand and I am really enjoying it. Within 2-3 classes, I could see the good results and even I could feel the flexibility in my body. The best part is she observes all her students Individually and any mistakes we do she corrects them. She is very attentive and cares for the well being of all her students. Gowri is a wonderful teacher. She is very passionate and teach her students based on their capacity. Always she motivates us to practice everyday. My son has started class during covid time he was just 4:5 year old. She thought him very patiently and encourage him to do poses. We highly recommend her for yoga classes. My wife took the prenatal yoga sessions with Gowripriya. She took the classes from the 4th month of pregnancy till the end of term We were very much satisfied with the program & progress on my wife’s activeness and ability to be more mobile during the end of term too .Would highly recommended to the expecting couples. The yoga master is very patient and gives the focus to the expecting moms health conditions, flexible enough to reschedule the class upon request due to mom’s health condition on that week of the class. Really appreciate the gesture. We are blessed with a baby boy in a natural birth few weeks back. Both mom and baby are doing fine . Learning yoga since this year, started as a new year resolution... So far it's been very instructive, educational and very nice experience with 2 classes each week for almost an hour each day. I don't have habit of sitting down usually, my flexibility has been increasing already. Gowri is an amazing person, yoga guru and superb instructor. Thank you!
I am happy to say that my daughter is part of this yoga academy...Gowri is a Very good teacher with great flexibility and she teaches all the postures properly along with good breathing techniques and healthy habits. She also explains benefits of each postures, who can to do posture, who cannot etc in a detailed manner. Kids growing in this generation who really need to have a healthy life.
