Sai Patanjali International Yoga Academy is started on December 2016. It is a unit of "Charity For All Trust". We have started the Trust on 2015 and we have taken lots of classes for elder people who are in MNTN Old Age Home.

Hi girls, Just wanted to share good feelings about Gowriβs Yoga classes. I joined Yoga class with Gowri since August with 3 more ladies. Hope Shakthi donβt mind me mentioning her here, as she is one of themπ. She explains benefits of each pose nicely and gradually increasing the level of difficulty. The benefits I have seen so far is improvement in eyesight and in my general health, feeling energetic all through the day. Overall flexibility of my body is definitely improving. If you are thinking of joining the yoga, I would definitely recommend her. Finally, it is not just us ladies, we made our kids to start yoga π§ββοΈ. Sorry for the long post, I just felt like sharing my thoughts.
The improvements I noticed after level1 is I am able to sit with back straight for long time without any support. My stomach muscles became very soft allowing me to bend more. I am more flexible and energetic now. Able to sleep well at night. And the benefits which I experienced are I used to have my blood sugars levels bit high near to diabetes. Doctor said I am prediabetic . But with yoga and your natural remedy of methi sprouts, my blood sugar levels came back normal now. I am no more prediabetic. I am very calm and focused now.
I really love the Yoga classes. I observe many improvements physically as well as mentally. It has greatly improved my mood swings. I am feeling more calm and relaxed now a days.I see a lot of improvements in my body flexibility. I am more active now a ays.The way you explain the poses and its benefits is awesome. Before I go to what benefited me, just wanted to take this opportunity to THANK YOU for your commitment and patience. You are an amazing teacher. Yoga has improved my strength, balance and flexibility. It helps with flexibility and manage stress. I have learnt to manage my back pain with poses which supports my body and works for me. Hi Gowri, First change was I became less guilty. I always used to feel guilty that I donβt care for my body enough. Joining your class I felt I am in right direction. Secondly we were taught neatly guided poses. Every time you explain the use of each pose, it is very informative and encouraging to do the pose. I felt improved digestion, flexibility and posture over the period. Above all you are very sincere and motivating, and I look forward to each class to learn more. Thanks Gowriπππ

Another good experience today morning Gowri as I remembered my old college days looking at the Krishanswamy college. We also used to conduct this type of lectures . But it's a shame we never had any yoga lectures like yours to inspire us. And the national anthem sang after a long time.Had goose bumps. No, anyone can attend these sessions. Only criteria, they have to give importance to their health.
