Meet Hemnath Manoharan, a certified Chair Yoga Instructor, Wellness Coach, and award-winning Para Karate Champion dedicated to making yoga accessible, safe, and empowering for everyone—especially seniors, beginners, and individuals with limited mobility. With 12+ years of experience teaching yoga across Canada, the USA, UK, India, and Europe, Hemnath is known for his gentle, therapeutic approach to movement and mindful breathing.

As a Lead Instructor at Sai Patanjali International Yoga Academy, Canada, he has conducted 300+ yoga & meditation classes, including specialized programs for retirement homes, corporate groups, special needs students, and individuals recovering from injuries or mobility challenges. His Chair Yoga sessions are carefully designed to improve flexibility, balance, posture, joint mobility, and overall wellness, all from the safety and comfort of a chair.

Meet Mahanidhi Hemnath, our passionate and dynamic Men’s Yoga Instructor, inspiring men of all ages to build strength, flexibility, and mental balance through yoga. Currently studying in 11th grade, Mahanidhi has already accumulated an impressive 700+ hours of teaching experience and has been leading Men’s Yoga classes for over 4 years.

His sessions focus on strength-building asanas, flexibility training, mobility enhancement, core conditioning, breathwork, and stress relief, making yoga both accessible and empowering for male practitioners. His youthful energy, disciplined practice, and clear instruction help students overcome stiffness, improve posture, increase stamina, and develop overall fitness.

Alongside yoga, Mahanidhi is also a highly accomplished martial artist.
He is a Karate Black Belt, a Safety Nunchukku Black Belt, and a recognized young athlete with outstanding achievements. His dedication and skill have earned him a prestigious selection for the Karate Nationals 2024 Championship, making him a strong role model for discipline, focus, and resilience.

Meet Hiranmayi Hemnath, our enthusiastic and talented Kids Assistant Yoga Instructor, bringing joy, energy, and inspiration to every children’s yoga session. Currently studying in 6th grade, Hiranmayi has already completed 300+ hours of yoga teaching experience and has been actively assisting in yoga classes for the past 4 years.

With a natural ability to connect with young learners, she supports kids in building flexibility, balance, focus, confidence, and mindfulness through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate yoga practices. Her friendly approach helps children feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to learn yoga every week.

Hiranmayi is also a highly accomplished martial artist. She is a Karate Black Belt and a Safety Nunchukku Black Belt, winning multiple gold medals in state- and national-level events. Her discipline, strength, and dedication in martial arts make her a powerful role model for young students.

She is also one of the biggest inspirations behind Hemnath’s international martial arts achievements, motivating him with her commitment, consistency, and passion for excellence.

Do I need any special equipment for online classes?

All you need is a yoga mat, a stable chair (for chair or gentle yoga), and a quiet space. Comfortable clothing and a bottle of water are recommended. Props like blocks or cushions are optional but helpful.
