At Sai Patanjali International Yoga Academy, our Gentle Yoga for Seniors program is thoughtfully designed to bring comfort, strength, and calm to every stage of life.
Each session blends soft stretches, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation to support healthy movement, balance, and mental peace — all within a safe and supportive environment.

This program is ideal for seniors seeking to stay active, reduce pain or stiffness, improve mobility, and nurture emotional well-being. Whether practiced on the mat or with chair support, Gentle Yoga encourages every participant to move at their own pace, cultivating vitality, confidence, and joy in daily life.
