Kids Yoga at Sai Patanjali International Yoga Academy (SPIYA), London Ontario is a fun, creative, and engaging program specially designed for children to develop healthy habits, emotional balance, and physical strength from a young age. Our certified instructor (E-RYT 500 & YACEP) uses a child-friendly approach that blends simple yoga postures, playful movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness games, and storytelling to help kids learn in an enjoyable and nurturing environment.
Kids today face increasing levels of screen time, academic pressure, and emotional stress. Our Kids Yoga classes help improve concentration, reduce anxiety, enhance creativity, and boost social skills.
