Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga at Sai Patanjali International Yoga Academy (SPIYA), London Ontario is a fun, creative, and engaging program specially designed for children to develop healthy habits, emotional balance, and physical strength from a young age. Our certified instructor (E-RYT 500 & YACEP) uses a child-friendly approach that blends simple yoga postures, playful movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness games, and storytelling to help kids learn in an enjoyable and nurturing environment.

Kids today face increasing levels of screen time, academic pressure, and emotional stress. Our Kids Yoga classes help improve concentration, reduce anxiety, enhance creativity, and boost social skills. Each session is designed to improve flexibility, coordination, and confidence while keeping children active, relaxed, and happy.

Whether your child is shy, energetic, anxious, athletic, or simply curious, Kids Yoga provides a positive, inclusive space where they can thrive both mentally and physically.

Perfect for ages 4 to 13, the program ensures safe, gentle, and beginner-friendly sessions tailored to each child’s comfort and ability.
