Mens Yoga
Strength, Balance, Focus and Stress Relief

At Sai Patanjali International Yoga Academy (SPIYA), our Men’s Yoga program is designed to support men of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance, a working professional seeking stress relief, or a beginner taking the first step toward better health — our classes offer a powerful blend of strength training, mobility work, and mindfulness practices.
Led by Certified E-RYT 500 & YACEP Instructor Gowri Priya Hemnath, with over 9,000 hours of teaching experience, the Men’s Yoga sessions provide a safe, motivating, and structured environment for men to build resilience, develop inner calm, and improve physical and mental well-being.
Each class combines dynamic postures, breathwork, strength-building movements, deep stretching, and guided relaxation, making it perfect for men who want a balanced and holistic approach to fitness.
