Postnatal Yoga
Healing, Strength & Emotional Balance for New Mothers

Our Postnatal Yoga program is specially designed to help new mothers heal, strengthen, and restore balance after childbirth. This gentle yet effective practice focuses on rebuilding core strength, supporting pelvic floor recovery, relieving back and shoulder tension, and reducing emotional stress associated with postpartum changes.
Every class provides a nurturing space where mothers can reconnect with their body, regain confidence, and enjoy mindful movement. Babies are welcome, and mothers can practice at their own pace with safe modifications. Our certified instructors guide each session with compassion, ensuring all movements support postpartum healing.
This program is ideal for mothers seeking physical recovery, emotional support, and a peaceful routine during early motherhood.
