Special Kids Yoga

Our Special Kids Yoga program is thoughtfully designed for children with unique physical, emotional, or developmental needs. This program focuses on gentle movements, sensory-friendly practices, breath awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence-building activities in a calm, supportive environment.

Each session is structured to help children develop body awareness, improve focus, build strength, and enjoy movement in a way that feels safe and joyful. Our certified instructors offer personalized attention, guided modifications, and compassionate support to ensure every child feels included, respected, and encouraged.

Special Kids Yoga creates a space where children can learn, move, relax, and express themselves freely.
