Sports Yoga at Sai Patanjali International Yoga Academy (SPIYA), London Ontario is a performance-enhancing yoga program designed specifically for athletes, runners, martial artists, gym-goers, and sports enthusiasts. This program focuses on flexibility, balance, core strength, endurance, joint stability, recovery, and injury prevention, helping athletes perform at their absolute best.

Our certified E-RYT 500 & YACEP instructor with 9,000+ teaching hours guides athletes through dynamic stretches, deep muscle activation, targeted mobility drills, breathwork, and sport-focused postures that enhance agility and improve overall athletic output. Sports Yoga helps release tight muscles, improve range of motion, increase lung capacity, and strengthen the mind-body connection—key elements required for consistent high performance.

Whether you play soccer, cricket, ice hockey, base ball, basketball, tennis, badminton, karate, boxing, running, weight training, or any competitive sport, this yoga program helps you move better, recover faster, and maintain long-term joint and muscle health.
Designed for teen and adult athletes, each session offers personalized guidance based on sport type, training intensity, and individual body mechanics.
