Each session combines gentle stretching, core strengthening, mindful breathing, and restorative relaxation techniques tailored specifically for women’s bodies. Our certified E-RYT 500 & YACEP instructor with 9,000+ teaching hours ensures a safe, supportive, and deeply personalized experience.
